We are an in-network provider for BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina, Aetna, United Healthcare, NC Medicaid and MedCost. We are an out-of-network provider for most of the other insurance companies. If you have out-of-network coverage, we will provide you with a super-bill to file claims with your insurance company for reimbursement, and you will be responsible for paying your out-of-network copay after you meet your deductible.

• Do I have a deductible?  How much of it is already met?

• What is my reimbursement fee or rate for outpatient mental health office visit?
