About Me

Working with teens takes patience, compassion, and a genuine understanding of what it’s like to feel stuck between childhood and adulthood. I specialize in helping adolescents who’ve been through difficult or even traumatic experiences—whether that’s family conflict, bullying, grief, or other painful chapters.

In therapy, my goal is to create a space where teens feel safe, heard, and respected. I don’t just sit back and nod; I meet them where they are—with curiosity, empathy, and sometimes even a little humor when it’s needed most. Together, we’ll work on building coping skills, finding healthier ways to express big emotions, and making sense of the things that feel overwhelming.

I know trauma doesn’t just affect the teen—it impacts the whole family. That’s why I also collaborate with parents and caregivers to strengthen communication and create a support system that helps everyone move forward.

At Genesis Balance, we believe growth is possible, even after the hardest experiences. I’m here to walk alongside teens and families as they rediscover balance, rebuild trust, and find hope again.
