Bloom & Be is a 5-week small group experience for teen girls who are ready to ditch the pressure, show up as their real selves, and grow unshakable confidence — from the inside out. Each session blends real talk, creative expression, journaling, and care rituals (yes, that includes face masks and affirmation cards) to help girls explore who they are, what they need, and how to care for themselves in a world that rarely slows down. We’ll talk about everything from body image and self-talk to friendships, boundaries, and glow-ups that don’t require filters. It’s the kind of space where girls can feel seen, safe, and strong — without the pressure to perform. Because confidence isn’t about being loud — it’s about being you.
