The empty chair at the table, the absence of long-held traditions, or the pressure to “be cheerful” can intensify feelings of sadness, loneliness, and overwhelm. At Genesis Balance Counseling, we believe no one should have to carry grief alone. Our Holiday Grief Support Group offers a safe, compassionate space to honor your loved one, share your story, and learn practical tools to care for yourself through the holiday season. Over six weeks, you’ll join a small group of others who understand the unique challenges of grieving during the holidays. Guided by a licensed clinician, each session combines supportive discussion, coping strategies, and meaningful activities to help you navigate this season with gentleness and strength.
